Happy Water Wednesday!!
Last week we introduced to you Water Wednesdays, a weekly theme we will have throughout the month of August. In last week’s post we featured a Strawberry Lemon Basil Water and discussed the importance of drinking adequate water throughout the day.
Today’s Water Wednesday recipe is Apple Cinnamon Water!! Although these flavors personally remind me of fall, the slightly sweetened water will help to keep you feeling refreshed these last few dog days of summer. Remember that flavored water is NOT juice, but rather water with a hint of flavor.

Ingredients (1 serving (2-3 cups water))
- 2-3 cups water
- 1/2 medium apple cut into small cubes
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Add apple and cinnamon stick to water.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minute before enjoying.
