Graham Cracker with Greek Yogurt Icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (not fat free)
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1-2 sleeves graham crackers
  • dried strawberries
  • other toppings such as dried fruit, dark chocolate, nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Greek yogurt and confectioners sugar (may need a whisk)

  2. Break graham crackers in half to form squares

  3. Spread a thin layer of icing mixture on top of each graham cracker square

  4. Top with desired toppings

Recipe Notes

Serve immediately. Graham crackers will become soggy after about an hour.
