Throughout the past month (of August) we featured weekly water recipes to emphasize easy ways to flavor water. Adequate fluid intake is crucial for optimal health, however many people replace water with high calorie and high sugar products. For the Cucumber Mint Water recipe simply add 4-6 slices of cucumber and 4-8 fresh mint leaves in 10 ounces of water. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
