Happy last Water Wednesday!!
Throughout the past month (of August) we featured weekly water recipes to emphasize easy ways to flavor water. Adequate fluid intake is crucial for optimal health, however many people replace water with high calorie and high sugar products. We hope that you have gotten a few ideas on how to spice up your next water drink!

For the Cucumber Mint Water recipe simply add 4-6 slices of cucumber and 4-8 fresh mint leaves in 10 ounces of water. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
