Hi Friends!
It is that time of year when Halloween parties are in full swing. Whether you are hosting a party or simply need to take a dish to an upcoming party you might be trying to find fun and creative ways to offer festive halloween themed treats. Maybe you are looking for a healthier option to serve your guests? I typically try to take a veggie or fruit based option to help balance all of the sugar-sweetened foods typically offered this time of year. Today’s blog is here to offer a few healthier (and creative) appetizers to serve your guest this Halloween season!
I had a blast creating these Halloween party treats. I was able to create the “candy corn veggie tray” rather quickly. I can not say the same for the “ghost cheese and cracker tray”. The idea for the tray came rather quickly – however I was not able to carry out a successful design correspondingly. Three attempts later this is what we have! In case you were wondering what the previous designs looked like I have also posted those below.
The not so successful “ghost cheese and cracker tray” pics….
Enjoy!
