What are the benefits of apples?
Apples have nutrients that offer health benefits throughout the entire body. Notable nutrients that apples provide include fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin C. The high amount of antioxidants in apples help to prevent damage to cells and tissues within the body. Additionally several studies have connected fruits (including apples) with cancer reduction, improved cholesterol, reduced heart disease, and overall better weight control.
Now it is time to try this “new” chip?
